We moved into our home in the Grande Dunes recently from New Jersey. I originally spoke with Josh in October . We expressed our desire for the area and our needs and want list in a home. I took a chance on calling Josh, he was the listing agent on a property I viewed. My prayers were answered! Moving out of state created questions as well as concerns for myself and my family.
